About Robert Patrizi
Chicago native Robert Patrizi has worked full time developing the
HALO [FOR MEN] chain of salons since 2007. He purchased the original
Halo Salon in early 2005 on a tip from one of the stylists working
there. Over the next several months, Bob Patrizi gathered ideas for a
revamp of the salon’s style and mission, and in September 2005, HALO
[FOR MEN] opened its doors for the first time.
Robert Patrizi’s
idea for HALO [FOR MEN] was simple: create a salon dedicated to the
needs of sophisticated, urban, male clients in Chicago. The stylists at
HALO [FOR MEN] provide 45-minute haircuts using a scissor and a comb
rather than the 15-minute clipper-and-guard experiences offered by many
of their competitors. The salon’s signature service, “The Man,” includes
a shampoo and conditioning, scalp massage, hot towel and facial toner,
complimentary beverage, and free touch-up within two weeks in addition
to a haircut and style. In 2006, Robert Patrizi was able to expand on
HALO [FOR MEN]’s early success by opening a second location in Chicago’s
Bucktown neighborhood. Today, Bob Patrizi’s salon operates in Lincoln
Park, Ogilvie, West Loop, Loop, and South Loop as well.
Dedicated
to giving back to the community of men that supports his business,
Robert Patrizi has participated for the past three years in the Movember
moustache-growing event to fight prostate cancer. In his free time, he
practices yoga, keeps up on fashion and the latest Chicago happenings,
and spends time with his family. Bob Patrizi also enjoys a good cup of
coffee and the chance to go boating whenever possible.
